Get to know the role :
Market Intel Strategy Associate role is a full-time professional position that works with across functions in GrabFood to support strategic planning activities by providing actionable recommendations based on assessments of markets and competitors, both existing and potential.
This role is expected to give comprehensive market analysis, on supply and demand side, and also the competitors’ strategy.
The day-to-day activities :
Profiles the food delivery development market and competitive environment, providing insights that support strategic decision-making
Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.
customers; current and potential competitors.
Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to Head of Strategic Planning & Analysis and other internal management teams to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-
making and implementation.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data sources, evaluating their credibility and potential utility, and leverages them across the company where appropriate.
Develops and maintains relationships with key internal customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
Works with internal business customers to enhance their use of strategic analysis and market and competitor intelligence collaborates internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals.
The must haves :
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in written and spoken English
You are persistent, proactive, assertive and analytical
You are also curious and take initiative within the business
You have strong project management skills and are able to handle several projects at the same time
You have a holistic and strategic view
