KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform phone surveys to target customers according to get customer answers / feedbacks base on designed questionnaires
Call to customers to survey according to designed questionnaires
Call to detractors customer to understand customer issues
Record customer answers / feedbacks during phone surveys
2. Listen to call recordings to record detailed content according to specific call structure
Listen to targeted customer calls per month
Record call results per log with reference to call structure
Summarizing call results to identify the patterns
3. Import survey content into survey tool
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Call Center / Call survey
Ability to ask prying questions and explain meaning to customers
Patient to listen to customer's sharing
Customer-oriented & open minded
Attention to details
Intermediate level of Excel spreadsheet is a plus
