    Medical Representative

    1.Driving Performance - Has the responsibility to meet / exceed sales targets for assigned product(s) within the allocated territory through achievement of related Sales Excellence KPIs

    2.Executing Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) - focuses on executing in-clinic Sales Action Plan by way of Customer Engagement Model(CEM), implements off-

    clinic promotional activities assigned to target Customers and thereby improves the Customer relationship. Implement MKT plan , CRM plan.

    Delivery key product messages to right customers . Implement Engaging Our Customers Project & CEM selling skill successfully.

    Maintain business relationship with key customers.

    3.Tender Management : Work closely with KA to achieve tender objective in assigned territories ( KA and non KA hospital).

    4.Adhering to Compliance , Code of Conducts and Policies - Is responsible to ensure that all company and industry compliance topics / requirements are understood adhered and established local processes followed

    Duties & Responsibilities :

    1.Promotion Achievement in assigned territory, all Product in Thanh Hoa & Ninh Binh

  • Achievement of TOTAL year-end promotion budget
  • Achievement of PER PRODUCT annual promotion budget
  • Opportunity to Localize - Growth achievement and new account development
  • 2.Delivery of CRM / Veeva KPI

  • REACH achievement
  • FREQUENCY achievement align with assigned details
  • of working days in the field
  • Opportunity to Localize daily submit & sync activities, Accomplishment of Post Call Notes, Quarterly SAP Planning submission
  • 3.Customer Relationship Management (using IMMPACT per product CVM segments)

  • Has good relationship with key customers in territories Capability to contact customer directly to invite customer as speakers and Take care speakers to attend events
  • Veeva Survey on Potential and Adoption
  • Planning & Implementation of Off Clinic promotional activities within the assigned territory / area (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)Opportunity to Localize :
  • KOL management and development(to maintain and
  • build strong relationship with the assigned key opinion leaders coordination with Medical Societies and other institutions
  • Customer Profiling / customer Preferences Off Clinic activity based on CVM segment and profile of the target doctor
  • 4.Knowledge (Product , Market and Competition) and Selling Skills (CEM) in line with Marketing strategies

  • Good product, disease, territory, regulation knowledge. Good presentation and negotiation skills with KOLs, Key customers
  • Monthly Quiz covering Product Knowledge, Clinical Trials, Competitive Information (Differential Advantage vs. Competition)
  • 5.Adherence to Policies and guidelines related compliance and Internal Code of Conduct

  • Adherence to the BI Compliance policy / local Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices
  • Adherence to Anti-Corruption Policy
  • Adherence to BI Code of Conduct Policy
  • 6.Regular reports

  • On time monthly sales report to supervisor with performance & gap analysis, action plans and competitors information
  • Reports required from the Reps to be submitted regularly(may vary from country to country such as regular competitive reports on activities and FTE
  • Requirements :

  • At least 1 years experience in Pharma Industry, base in Thanh Hoa or Ninh Binh
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Have ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good at communication and presentation
  • Well-collaboration between cross-functional team
