Role synopsis

Manage resourcing activities for Castrol BP Petco.

managers and employees on queries related to application of HR policies within the areas of responsibilities including but not limited to Resourcing, Learning & Development, Employee Relations.

Essential Education

University degree in any discipline / Degree in HR Management.

Essential experience and job requirements

3-5 years solid HR practitioner experience with multinational company in Vietnam.

Sound understanding of Viet Nam labour law and its practice.

Good knowledge and experience in Resourcing, good understanding of external talent benchmarks. Strong skills and expertise to source and attract external talents.

Fundamental knowledge of learning theories, identification of training needs, development of training plans, delivery methods and evaluation of training activities.

Proven performance track record.

Fluent spoken and written Vietnamese is preferable.
