JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Manage Human Resources Governance

  • Update new Corporate Governance Manual (CGM) for management if any
  • Take lead to close actions from GwIA, QA, Inspections of authorities
  • Take lead to revamp the HR Operation Manual annually according to updates in Labor Law / regulations / policy, organization changes, group policies, etc.
  • Provide training & guidance on Risk management & Governance to HR team members
  • Proactively update the new changes in Regulation and ensure HR relevant teams are well communicated / trained about new changes
  • Perform all kind of audits as well as conducting Half Year HR Operation Quality Assessment to define findings & propose action plan for risk mitigation.
  • Control Information Risk & Assess Right within PVA HR team (in-force and leaver)
  • Vendor Performance Management

  • Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with vendors providing services to HR.
  • Meet with suitable vendors to assess their products / services, inquire about their products / services, and raise any product or service-related concerns.
  • Continually monitor vendor performance and find the ways to improve.
  • Establish standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.

    JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Be accountable for the design of framework and guideline to ensure the HR operations comply with regulation and PVA compliance
  • Ensure the effectiveness of HR vendor performance
  • JOB REQUIREMENT

    Qualifications / Bằng cấp

  • University degree
  • At least 3-5 years experience in human resource management, at least 2 years in management role
  • Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng

  • Negotiation and sourcing skill
  • Deep understanding of local labor law, employee relations, work rules, Correct Labor agreement
  • Risk Mangament
  • Structured thinking and detailed oriented
