Responsibilities :

Collect and analyse the client / internal team requests / requirements to plan the architecture and development schedule;

Develop the UI / UX for online ecommerce stores on Shopify, WordPress and Magento, web interface of customized applications, and possibly the mobile apps as well;

Hands-on development on the software to fulfil functional and non-functional requirements as a key objective;

Develop and deploy serverless / server applications capable of meeting the anticipated load, performance, availability, security and resilience requirements.

Develop software with a focus on unit testing and deployment processes on all environments to minimise variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data.

Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the project / product;

Identify project issues and risks, and to work with stakeholders to review and resolve or mitigate them; troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues of frontend;

Keep up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like core web vitals and cyber security;

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree holders in Computer Science or other related disciplines;

At least 3 years experience in building frontend with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap is necessary;

At least 2 year experience in one or more modern front-end framework (e.g., ReactJS, ReactNative, Angular, vue.js);

At least 1 year experience on other programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby and Golang is preferable;

Hands-on experience in programming projects and knowledge of Git and Github / Bitbucket;

Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MongoDB is preferable;

Any experience on Shopify (module development, configuration, installation, theming, etc.), Magento and WordPress is a big plus;

Experience in web service protocols, security and data formats (e.g. REST, OAuth, JSON, etc.);

Be a quick learner, geeky and love coding;

Interest and passion in new technology and trend, e.g. serverless, docker, kubernetes;

Highly responsible fast learner and result-oriented;

Able to work independently to communicate with the team and also contribute to the problem-solving part in a team context;

Strong organizational and time management skills;

Excellent verbal language skills in English.
