Apax Franklin Academy - an education company developed by Shark Thuy (Shark Tank Vietnam) is looking for B2B Sales Manager to expand the business in the South of Vietnam :
Develop and implement a successful solicitation strategy of World-class Franklin’s high school education program (USA) for regional market segments to meet and / or exceed revenue goals.
Play the key role in delivering & representing the images and values of the programs to the market.
Identifying and developing strategic business relationships with potential organizations, partners and other customers.
Corporate in B2B sales team to deliver successful sales approaching strategy and to build long-term relationship / partnership with secondary and high schools in each region to expand business according to company’s set target and vision.
Design and carry out sales approaching activities / events at cooperated schools in order to access highly valuable database of potential students.
Make sure the whole team achieve high conversion rate of potential students into registered learners as per set sales targets as well as that from database of engaged school clients.
Actively prospect new clients to generate business by any and all means available. Plan and implement an on-going clients’ pipeline in order to create new revenue and acquire valuable contacts and contracts.
Maximize existing key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor / Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of business development experience (with 2 years in managerial positions) with proven track of record.
Candidates with experience in education industry and in an international company are preferable. Candidates with experience working with partner schools are strongly preferable.
Experience in US education / international education organization or overseas study field is an advantage.
Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.
