As a Commercial Channel Leader, Consumer you’ll be responsible for managing the execution of go to market of our whole Consumer channel and its P&L.
You will be reporting directly to the Country Leader of Signify VIetnam.We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability.
If you match this description, get in touch!What you’ll doExecute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunitiesDevelop, maintain and improve long-term partnership within the traditional trade customers in Vietnam with target to establish Philips Lighting and Signify as their preferred lighting brandExpand business for each key segments of consumer channel - Traditional Trade, Modern Trade and E-Commerce and ensure market share of our products will grow year on yearEnsure operational excellence are achieved across sales, marketing and support teamsManage, mentor and coach the whole Consumer Channel staffs in VietnamYour qualificationsStrategic thinker with focus on execution and strong understanding of Sales and marketing dynamics.
