Algorithmics is a Global Network of Coding Schools for Kids from 5-17 years-old teaching Visual Programming, Python and Game Design.

Algorithmics Vietnam was launched in 2020 and has expanded to 4 locations in HCMC. Join Us!

Major duties and responsibilities :

1. Business development responsibilities :

Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing strategies to hit Sales target and promote Algorithmics courses

Market survey and set up sales strategies, implying plans to achieve Sales

Prepare plans and budgets for approval by the Director of the business, and once agreed, implement those plans

Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors

Aliasing with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers

Training, coaching, supervising Sales team

Prepare Sales reports

2. Academic responsibilities :

Work closely with Academic Manager :

Provide the highest qualification program and services

Ensure smooth operations of the Academic services

Implementation of curriculum projects

Monitor / evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and exit questionnaires

3. Operation and administrative responsibilities :

Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced staff for the efficient operation of the Center

Supervise student administration and counselling services conducted in the Center

Maintain and upgrade systems / procedures for all administration tasks at Center and liaise with the Operation Manager to ensure consistency

Monitor Centre purchase requisitions and expenditures

Provide financial and academic reports to the Director of the business.

Lead staffs to provide the highest quality Programs for the students

Ensure a team spirit among staffs

Represent the school in a way that enhances its reputation

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Be able to communicate and persuade customers directly and via phone

    Be able to work independently as well as in a team

    Be available for working under pressure

    Be able to communicate in English

  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
