merger business integration and transformation management.Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions by selecting the most relevant tools / techniques to meet specific client requirements.

Focus on improving operational capabilities as well as quality of deliverables through verification and validation of results in at least one of the following areas : Customer Strategy : Market entry, feasibility study, market research, competitors’ benchmarking, etc.

Shared Services study and implementation. Finance Transformation : Restructuring back office finance function to improve efficiency, effectiveness and the quality and consistency of reporting information.

Financial Management : Cost and performance management, benchmarking, financial modelling, internal processes and controls.

  • Supply Chain Planning and Optimization, Sourcing and Procurement, Logistics and Distribution Merger and Acquisitions : Carve out and separation, transaction readiness, integration strategy and executionParticipate in setting engagement objectives and scope;
  • develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams, and identify changes in scope.

    Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and complex client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality.

    Provide training and guidance to the clients on management processes, client service processes, capital markets operations, derivatives and operating model design.

    Develop and maintain understanding of the services industry, competitive landscape, market participants, key products, and competitive trends.

    Develop and maintain professional relationships with client executives and management of services institutions. Work with a variety of high-

    Requirements : University level degree with strong numerical, analytical, problem solving and excellent story boarding skills Relevant experience in a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy role.

    Must have strong sense of business acumen and ability to write a business case Should have managed or lead independently on projects and made presentations to key internal and external stakeholders.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) - ability to communicate with C-level executives Travel mobility to serve regional and / or international clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) and local languages Willing to work in fast-
