Essential and optional requirements
Previous experience in similar role or DFB / RDM in Vietnam.
Good communication skills in English & Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Hotel softwares Opera, MICROS, MC, Sun.
Collaborative spirit, with strong entrepreneurial skills.
Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively and positively.
Leadership, learning & development management
In charge of Operational departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage & Security) as well as Guest journey / experience.
Works closely with GM on Hotel wide projects & & lead HODs to roll out Action plans.
Supervise regular audits & internal controls.
Implementation of Accor projects & culture within the Hotel.
Represent the General Manager during his absence.
