Job Scope :

Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.

Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.

Execute activities driven by data analytics.

Identify strategic business partnerships.

Implement new business collaboration plans.

Implement the customer loyalty programmes.

Implement the e-commerce activities.

Manage the operations for good service.

Manage the service quality and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website.

Observe the sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms.

Promote good service performance.

Provide specialised knowledge and insights to the development of technology strategy.

Track and report the business outcome of data-driven insights

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field

Resourceful and strong drive to solve problems such as customer queries effectively & independently

Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords)

Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage

Strong written communication skills, good presentation skills and Excel skills are an advantage

Strong desire to learn new skills as on the job coaching and training will be provided

Must love to work in a high growth startup environment.

Level : Junior Executive

This is a full time job as the working hours and salary will be discussed. Estimated salary will be USD 1000 per month.
