JOB DESCRIPTION :
1-2-1 Performance Tracking
Fully responsibility for all of reports and analysis related to 1-2-1 performance (route plan effectiveness, strike rate, productivity), with actionable recommendation to Field Marketing (FMKT) across channel and market.
Providing the correlative understanding between the different consumer programs vs. trial effectiveness as well as ROI to support on investment decision making.
Provide 1-2-1 KPIs analysis and report relevant measures to track actual achievement and progress towards annual goals and volume target of 1-2-1 team.
1-2-1 Consumer Program Effectiveness
Collaboration with Strategic Insight (SI) colleague to develop the appropriate methodology to measure and monitor the consumer conversation rate across the channel with clear learning related to channel effectiveness, program effectiveness in specific consumer profile.
Consumer Event / Digital Campaign Effectiveness
Responsibility to measure the Event / Digital campaign effectiveness vs. KPIs setting as well as how the campaign supports to drive consumer back to traditional trade channel for regular trial and conversion in specific consumer profile.
1-2-1 Report Business Application Development & Maintenance
In conjunction with relevant FMKT stakeholders & Commercial System Manager to design and implement of Microsoft power BI visualization report platform
Responsible for all malfunctions, i.e. : report interface, data consequence validation and ensure to be fixed properly.
1-2-1 ROI tracking & measurement
Collaboration with FMKT, Business Intelligence (BI) stakeholders to create, measure and track the effectiveness of consumer investment and mapping into GIS platform to have clearly understanding on POS effectiveness as well as its integrated with other trade activities.
4-6 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales functions.
Cross-cultural experience. Solid background in consumer and trade analysis. Good understanding of operational constraints and practical analysis application to solve business problems.
Ability to focus on the detailed tasks to achieve specific outcome.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably communicate to all levels across functions.
Proven team player.
Good working knowledge of technical tools as Microsoft office, Outlook and System Management.
Good English (speaking & writing) and fluent Vietnamese language.
