YOUR ROLE
Execute new business development and project management
Increase penetration through the implementation of marketing promotions, programs and sales leads
Build and manage distributor relationships, motivate and train authorized industrial distributors to sell products and solutions
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Prepare regular reports of sale progress and forecasts
Make recommendations on business development activity
Bachelor's Degree
English fluently, Chinese / Korea / Japanese as additional plus point
At least 5 years work experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management which related to Manufacturing
Industries including : Packaging, Automotive, Electronic or Chemical
Fast learner and adaptable
Understand macro economy and industrial business
Strong business mindset, entrepreneurship
Self-driven and motivated, be able to work independently
Understand principle marketing, able to perform business analysis
Keen to follow long term projects
