The role

Intrepid is currently looking for a Content Writer to join our Merchandising / Commercial to create industry leading digital marketing materials and content for brands on and off ecommerce platforms.

As Content Writer, you will be responsible for the copy of all marketing and commercial assets; from online official store taglines, product content, marketing campaigns & banners to store feed posts and livestreams.

Your words are of crucial importance as they are our online business card, and for brands the main interaction with online shoppers, having a direct impact on search, conversion rates & online sales.

You will also be responsible for coaching junior colleagues.

You are a driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused individual. You are creative and innovative and you work well both independently and as part of a team.

You have excellent time management skills and you can deliver high quality work under time pressure.

Specifically, your responsibilities include :

Understand the structure of text assets on Ecommerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee & Tiki

Know your target audience and what drives purchase decisions online.

Identify keywords actively searched by brand’s target audiences then embed them in content assets (PDP, SIS, Onsite / offsite banners)

Craft compelling messages and calls to action - understand the main points that you want to convey to the reader about a certain product / promotion / campaign and how to communicate this powerfully

Provide feedback on team members work and develop best practices

Structure & maintain your work in our content repository (asset library)

Accountable for on-time & on-quality delivery of content

Work with your team to review the impact of your work

Liaise with KAM team on content & campaign requirements

Who we look for the ideal profile

University degree

Minimum 2 years of experience in related field with understanding of how consumers make online purchasing decisions and how / what to write accordingly

Excellent Vietnamese grammar and creative writing ability, including the ability to write in different styles to cater to different audiences and brand tone of voice

Experience in SEO and keywords analysis

Good attention to detail, including the ability to proof-read your own and others' work

Excellent time management

Good command of English (reading / writing / speaking / listening)

Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment

Track record of team work

5-days working week (Monday-Friday) working hours are between 9 am to 6 pm
