DESCRIPTION
As a key team member of TA (Center of Excellence - Talent Acquisition) team, this person will assist the regional TA leads in expanding recruitment services, ensuring deliverables for assigned vacancy fulfilment and recruitment related projects within agreed metrics throughout the APAC region including China, HK, Singapore, Australia, and Japan.

Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the recruitment of open vacancies, strive for shortening the leading time, improving job-person match, reduced recruitment cost per hire, satisfying business requirements
Build effective relationships through proactive communication and good customer service, with internal clients like AMs, RMs and DMs
Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan, and get involved in BU / Function’s headcount planning as early as possible
Record recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required
Vendor Management, setting up solid partnerships with key vendors by selecting, monitoring and motivating their performance on a regular basis, set up the solid partner relationship with key vendors
Play a key role in employer branding and EVP (Employer Value Proposition) projects by using creative thinking in order to get the support and involvement of Businesses.
Skilled in the use of social media like LinkedIn, the WeChat for the brand promotion
Enhance the internal and external referral program in order to promote EVP and reduce the use of search firms
Organize and manage the yearly campus recruitment campaign, developing good relationships with target universities to ensure cooperation
Explore effective social media recruitment channels, and job portal management, such as job boards, job fairs and some professional recruitment websites
Maintain and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment ATS (Application Tracking System)
Design and deliver interview skills training for line managers to improve employees’ behavior and conduct
Optimize the recruitment process and standardize recruitment tools, drive for changes across business activities
Proactively communicate with internal customers to understand business’s ever-changing needs, benchmark industry’s best practices, identify areas for improvement, propose solutions and align within HR
Cooperate with HQ HR team and other teams to maximize the support for the APAC region
This person should have the potential to develop the strong leadership skill to progress to the next level within 2-3 years, or less
Requirements
Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’ s degree, however a Master’ s degree or MBA is preferred from a well-recognized university.
Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration is preferred, but not a must
This person should be achievement driven, pioneering, with great communication skills and people skills
Around 4-8 years of continuous experience in Human Resources and with a focus on recruitment for at least 4 years
Both in-house recruitment experience and search firm management experience, or purely search firm experience will also be considered
Some knowledge and experience of the APAC region would be an advantage
Able to think outside of the box and challenge the status and influence change; Good communication skills coupled with interpersonal skills, as well as proactive, collaborative and optimistic attitude
Language skills : fluent in Mandarin and English, Other skills specialization in social media would be preferred
