2. Collecting, analyzing and evaluating the business requirements, user requirements related to the systems.
Doing the feasibility analysis of the business requirements in deploying unit and development team
Providing solutions for the system's interface, functions, and processing thread based on the collected requirements; Document the requirement / solution.
Doing the quality control of the specification document to ensure that the document fully describes the system requirements and the processing thread for the aspects and business scenarios.
Working with the the technical department, development team and testers to communicate content, assist in clarifying system requirements.
Identifying the risks for each proposed option and propose solutions.
3. Researching the technology trends, user experience and then offering the solutions suitable to new trends and technologies.
Updating the technology trends of domestic and international competitors.
Summarying the user experience reviews.
4. Team management, leadership, coordination and report.
Receiving the group's tasks, managing, assigning and coordinating team members.
Supporting and connecting the team members during implementation.
