Communicates / endorses details of complaint to the Aftersales Supervisor Assigns task to Technicians Administers physical dispatching of technician and identify service concerns to be attended with coordination of the After Sales Supervisor Extracts previous day service and Preventive Maintenance Report and sends accomplished Consolidated Report to concerned store head office and General Manager Prepares meal, transportation and other allowances of Technician Compile request and forward to Finance for proper crediting Monitors pending client concerns and coordinates with After Sales Supervisor for proper scheduling Dispatches technicians assigned by Aftersales Supervisor / Service Center Supervisor for check-up assessment rectification and correction work Informs clients on the estimated arrival of technician Prepares material and tool requisition of Technician to Warehouse Department Assists Technicians for their concern regarding allowances Monitors whereabouts / location of technicians, monitor and checks status of work and get PDF report through data base Request for technician’s personal tools, PPE and tools sets for stores (PM and Service) Answers all incoming calls and properly transfer calls to concerned personnel or department Performs other duties necessary to accomplish goals E-mail resume to
