1. Planning (40%) :

  • Promotion to target customer, Customer Relationship Management.
  • Brainstorm ideas to improve content on catalogue.
  • Co-work with MD, other team to select best item for best performance.
  • Innovation & various breakthrough initiatives.
  • Updating market trend, competitor activities.
  • 2. Performance & Organization (35%) :

  • Register promotion & follow up trade laws.
  • Create internal timeline, action plan and detailed checklist for assigned project.
  • Work closely with department, store operation to ensure the project items. to be done timely and fully upon the proposal & arising requirements.
  • Post license, final list post.
  • Confirm with MD, Check display, price tag of products on post.
  • Check competitor’s activities, survey pricing.
  • 3. Media (20%) :

  • Generate relations & networks of media, authorities, ads for smooth. performance
  • 4. Teamwork (5%) :

  • Daily team work to ensure Team target achievement.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • BA degree in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications.
  • Understand CRM, SNS & target marketing.
  • Comprehensive in product, market trend, Vietnam trade laws.
  • Systematic, innovative and insightful.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express) and Internet tools.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Be an oriented strong and positive leader.
