Define and implement country sales strategy based on regional and Corporate sales strategy.
Implement best practices regarding sales processes, approaches, and structures.
Implement centrally developed SOPs to standardize and further enhance sales processes in Vietnam.
Share and implement process optimization and project management skills in Vietnam.
Implement standard approaches and templates in Vietnam.
Manage timely budget planning and execution for Commercial function.
Implement reports, data analytics with metrics and KPIs for sales performance measurement
Review internal performance reports regarding data accuracy and data quality, propose and follow up corrective actions
Conduct the market research.

Kwalificaties
English communication in both speaking & writing.
Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel and Power Point.
Attention to data analysis, strategy plan.
Bachelor in Supply Chain Logistics, Foreign Trade, Commercial, Economy...or any related field.
Advanced Microsoft Office.
2-3 years of experience in the same field, or in Strategy / Business Excellence is an added advantage.
