Develops the testing team resource plan to ensure that there is the appropriate level of test resource to meet the demand from the Business Change team.
Engages with the external test partner to agree the Statement of Work and approach for funding and meeting test resource requirements.
Creates the test approach that uses appropriate methodologies (aligned with the LGHF Change Framework), tools and resourcing to ensure effective testing via a test coverage that supports all projects, changes and mitigates business risk.
Delivers effective & timely communication & reporting to all interested parties including stakeholders and Senior Managers / Execs in order to support and manage the smooth delivery of test activity.
Works with Project Managers and others to develop test plans and approaches that are specific to each project to ensure the most effective test delivery.
Proactively manages third party relationships ensuring that dependencies are managed and deliverables are achieved, as defined in the project’s Test Approach and without incurring unnecessary cost or delay to the project.
Coordinates activities within and across LGHF and third parties to deliver the test strategies, providing expert advice and guidance on test methods, techniques and tools at all stages of the development life cycle with the aim of implementing the best approach to testing.
To take the lead in all matters with regard to the management of employees, ensuring that management discretion is used in a consistent manner and that the area follows the Group’s policies and procedures including the Partnership Agreement to maximise business performance.
