  • Do Morning Talk, to evaluate the post-call analyze, to analyze marketing information, and to suggest Sales Plan to the team
  • Following up the sales volume to achieve Sales Plan target
  • To evaluate and to approve the new account customers with A / C that they are potential or not
  • Checking the customer potentiality before sending information to costing dept. to consider to review the new price. And recheck cus' target price
  • Analysing customer demands, coordinating with sales person BEFORE approve to do Sample Orders
  • To approve Sample Orders, Quotations and follow up feedbacks
  • To plan, to organize, to direct and to monitor all the Sales Dept Team to enhance Sales Team Performance
  • Formulate annual sales plan, sales budget / expenses and do Sales Force and Motivation Program to achieve Sales Target
  • To manage Sales Activity Monitoring System, CRM and Sales Dept operations and working process to increase efficiency such as customers call plan, sales reports, quotation feedback, sample feedback, complaints, etc.
  • To recruit and to train Sales or Sales / Marketing Executives covering product knowledge and other selling techniques, etc.
  • To follow up and analize the updated data, market information, exhibition, industry news, competitor info, etc.
  • To work closely with the Production Department to assure the right product as customers' need within the lead time, prevent issues, problems / issues are properly solved, and to provide the market information for the product trends for new products development
  • To coach and support Sales Team to build new key accounts and ensure customers satisfactions of the existing customers
  • Responsible for both strategic planning and execution to drive products sale in both domestic and export
  • Responsible for setting up annual sale target and sale & marketing budget
  • Control overall budget of Sale & Marketing department
  • Supervise and control Sale & Marketing staff for their assigned works
  • Coordinate with advertising or media agency for development of advertising material and marketing activities
  • Supervise and monitor for all contract related to Sale & Marketing department
  • Monitor, review and report on all sale & marketing activities and results
  • Analyze and monitor current market condition and competitor information
  • Accomplishes marketing and sale objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and treads
  • Protect Organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Deploy the company objectives and targets throughout organization
  • Continually monitor and evaluate activities of subordinates and instruct them if necessary
  • Create the continuous improvement atmosphere to lead subordinates to achieve the target
  • Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set the preventive action
  • Directly update to superior urgent issues immediately and propose solution as required
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • 5 - 7 year-experience in marketing and sales, trade marketing and marketing, or related industry
  • Languages : fluent in English, second language- Chinese or Korean
  • Good communication skills to deal with both internal and external departments
  • Good planning skill
  • Good problem solving and maths skill
  • Strong leadership
