Deal with customers via emails, in person or over the phone to schedule appointments and follow-ups
Maintain a follow up on the customer, and ensure that they have all the answers they need.
Liaise with all relevant and related departments to ensure good service delivery to customer
Organize Doctor schedule for appointments with customers and to notify all parties in the event of any change in appointment
Assist Doctor during Consultation with customers
Engage with customers with follow-up consultations to close a sales lead.
Prepare all necessary paperwork related to customers (e.g records of customers, price quotations, customer accounts and payments)
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Advise customers on basic hospital information and services.
Support Marketing team in promoting the brand of the hospital.
Prepare and submit relevant daily, weekly, monthly reports as required by managers
Other tasks assigned by the managers
