Essential and optional requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferred in international hotel chains
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other operational system such as Material control, Opera, POS.
  • Strong knowledge F&B operation, especially Banquet service
  • Strong knowledge in Beverage cost, Safety and Quality control
  • Knowledge in HACCP
  • Good English skill
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Key tasks

  • Lead and manage the Banquet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  • Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding team to ensure all banquet meeting requirements are in place
  • Work with the Sales Manager ensure that revenues and guest satisfaction levels are maximized
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
