Job Description

  • Ensure luxury Forbes 5 star level of service and guest experience
  • Lead 25 team members in Le Beaulieu restaurant (Western cuisine) while developing talents, responsible for recruitment, training and payroll
  • Create innovative Culinary events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance
  • Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments
  • Report to the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef
  • Work Experience

  • Solid foundation on client handling & business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken& written)
