  • Developing sales strageties of Business Development Department, make sure that the objectives are achieved :
  • Taking main responsibility for sales channels :
  • Distribution channel - agency - B2B
  • Horeca Channel
  • Processing channel
  • Online channel
  • Phuong Vy store system
  • Export channel
  • Profoundly understand the market, build and develop the number of potential partners and customers. Conducting Market survey and advising the Head of the Business Development Department on issues related to sales.
  • Take care of customers, keep good relationships with customers and promote product consumption and debt recovery for customers.
  • Monitoring & handling customer complaints
  • Directly monitor the implementation, follow the contract including the procedures for delivery, invoicing, and checking quality of products.
  • Report business performance, plan, develop business plan.
  • Managing, operating the Sales department to fulfill the goals .
  • Build and update organizational charts, processes-regulations-training manual and job descriptions of all positions within department.
  • Manage sales staff
  • Training sales staff
  • Propose solutions to improve and enhance employees' capacity, increase work efficiency.
  • Develop the human resources plan for the department. Participating recruiting, evaluating work results, assessing the capacity of sales staff

  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Educational background : Graduated from University of economic majors (Business Administration, Finance and Accounting ...) are preferred
  • Foreign language : Good command of English (4 skills).
  • Computer savvy : Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other related applications on the internet...
  • 3 years of experience in the field of FMCG, at least 01 year holds the Sale manager position. Knowlegeable about Coffee is an advantage
