Responsibilities
As Site Manager, you will be responsible to engage in the operation and maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and the supervision and coordination of the Vietnam wind farm sites
Ensure safety & quality standards are delivered, while also ensuring process adherence
Effectively organize the site / area as well as external service capabilities maximizing profitability in line with contractual obligations to the specific clients, and Vestas corporate requirements
Deliver operational performance to meet requirements of forecast and planning
Direct line management responsibility of local field operations team
Continually implement change management in line with operations development
Develop the skills and competencies necessary for the organization at local level in line with operations management
Qualifications
Proven history of an operational or service management role; for example, a project management, field service or contract management position
Solid leadership experience, developing and mentoring on site teams
Business improvement skills and experience to enable operating in a fast-changing environment, ideally with Lean knowledge
Engineering background working in a complex industry is desirable
High degree of Safety Management & Systems understanding
Experience in building a great relationships with clients, the council and the local community
Competencies

Solid stakeholder management skills both locally and as part of a large matrix organization.
Business understanding and information / data analysis
