In this position you’ll be primarily responsible for the development, co-ordination, continuous improvement and management of specific quality programs onsite.
Examples of quality programs include quality risk management, document management, control of compliance status, control of training status, audits and inspections.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Focus on promoting and instilling a strong quality culture by develop and maintain quality program to enhance the operational quality.
Provide quality advice, assistance and support to Line Management and departments.
Act as the content expert in relation to assigned quality programs.
Develop training programs and risk assessments to enhance service quality to customer
Support problem / issue investigation and root cause analysis and propose effective corrective and preventive action from quality perspective.
Liaise with the operations to conduct training / re-training courses based on training matrix to improve workforce quality.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Analyze data, identify trends and define focus quality improvement areas.
Coordinate operations teams to prepare for internal / external audits.

Possess strong interpersonal skills, training / instructions skills and the ability to work in a team setting
Knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective warehouse operations
Proficiency in computer software such as : Word, Excel, Outlook
Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing
Must be able to understand, read and write in English at proficient level
Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines
Positive attitude and ability to handle highly confidential information
Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
Ability to work in a team and or independently
High energy level
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience in being a self-starter
Ability to deal with internal / external customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential
Must possess confidence, good judgment, energy and the right personality to work in a challenging environment.
Major in Engineering / Quality Management / Logistics
2 years + experience in Quality or Internal Control position in manufacturing or warehouse
