Job Description
Work together with TL, HRBP and manage plant-wide recruitment process to fulfill all vacancies of direct / indirect recruitment to meet KPI-KPR (mainly responsible for direct recruitment)
Maintain the recruitment reports (PDCA, KPI-KPR tracking, competiors in the market, )
Communicate with Recruitment Agency and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
Build and maintain good relationship with target university / college and potential candidates.
Support Employer Branding activities : Job fairs, Plant tours, orther events to widen talent pools.

Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, English

Fluent Vietnamese and English communication skills (spoken and written)
Customer service mindset and result orientation
Initiative, be able to edit video and photographic design
High energy, enthusiastic and passionate
