Job Summary : The Customer Service Associate will ensure high levels of customer service for all daily processes by ensuring compliance with policy and local regulations and within discretions.
Coordinating with relevant departments to improve business processes and services.
Job responsibilities :
Receive customer orders related to securities services like opening securities account, custody, right proceed, change customer’s information, unmatch lot, transfer securities’ ownership off the exchange, fixed securities’s error, OTC securities transfer, etc.
Receive and process inquiries and complaints from Customers and Customers care.
Maximum handling Customer requirements in accordance with the regulation, time specified, based on ability and experience.
Scan, organize and keep a record of the Customers’s document including account opening contract, change of information, margin contracts, online trading contracts.
Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.
Ideal candidates will have :
Bachelor degree majored in Finance / Accounting of Academy of Finance, National Economic University or Institute of Banking.
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting field, and at least 01 year of experience in the Securities Services environment or Money Transfer, Securities Clearing and Settlement
Can communicate in English.
Good knowledge of using MS office applications (WORD, EXCEL).
Good understanding of accounting concepts and processes and good understanding on securities market.
Ability to learn fast.
Can do attitude, hard-working, attention to details and approachable.
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
