  • Be responsible for the assigned Projects.
  • Receive, review NPF Form and copy of contract from Sales Department and understand the scope of work, material specification, delivery terms, payment terms etc... of the Project.
  • To receive PIF and Proposal drawings from Sales support department, verify PIF and Proposal Drawings and ensure the scope of works and material specifications mentioned in PIF are according to contract.
  • In case of any discrepancy discuss and clarify with sales engineer).

  • To issue Job No to the signed contract enter the Job and release the job to Engineering for approval Drawings. Follow up with Engineering and receive the approval drawings within the stipulated time.
  • To verify the approval drawings with the PIF. Use the standard Check list form for the verification. Ensure the approval drawings are fully correct and according to the PIF requirement.
  • Issue approval drawings to the concerned sales engineer for the approval from the customer. Follow up with the sales engineer and receive back the return approval drawings.
  • Do not accept any return approval drawings with out customer’s signature. Return approval drawings with sales engineer’s signature are not accepted.
  • Unless there is a waiver from Sales Director.

  • Forward the return approval drawings to engineering Dept in order to proceed for fabrication drawings and Erection drawings.
  • Follow up with Engineering Dept and receive the fabrication drawings along with complete BOM and Erection drawings with in the stipulated time from the date of Return approval drawings.

  • To receive BOM, Shop drawings & Erection Drawings from Engineering Dept.
  • To transfer the BOM, Shop drawings & Erection Drawings to the Concerned Customer Service Engineer.
  • Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết

  • Bachelor degree, majoring in Civil engineering, prefer female candidate.
  • Be able to use AutoCAD.
  • At least 1 year working experience in construction field.
  • Good English both Writng and Speaking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
  • Have customer service mindset.
  • Accurate, proactive and team work player.
