Make short and long-term marketing plans to achieve the company's goals;
Planning, managing, implementing, monitoring and optimizing content for social channels;
Manage marketing budget;
Coordinate with other departments to build automatic marketing flow;
Closely monitor the effectiveness of each channel / campaign based on the goals;
Manage quantity and quality of lead marketing;
Evaluate the performance of team members. Training for new members;
Conceptualize and organize events to attract potential customers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications : Bachelor degree or equivalent with Marketing base is preferred.
Knowledge / Experience :
At least 3 years of experience in general marketing, specialize in Branding, event organization,... is an advantage;
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels;
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools (Google ads, Facebook ads,...) and best practices.
Analyze marketing metrics;
Planning, implementing and monitoring the plan;
Leadership, Task Management;
Critical Thinking, Creativity;
Good at English
