Hello! My name is Maksym Sakharov, CEO of Whitemark, a tech-focused premium real estate agency. We sell penthouses, villas, premium brand new projects, and 5-stars resorts in Vietnam and other countries of Southeast Asia.

The company launches departments of urban, suburban, commercial, and resorts real estate. In 2020, plans are to create a network of landing pages for 50 real estate projects and 4 marketplaces.

We are looking for a strong Senior Sales Manager with experience in selling premium properties in Vietnam.

We are deeply convinced that the sales department's main task is to communicate with clients and conclude deals, rather than seek clients.

Thanks to our innovations in digital marketing, Whitemark provides our brokers with a steady flow of new customers. You just need to sit and wait for your phone to ring.

The Vietnam real estate market is crowded with agencies with outdated views on business processes. Whitemark follows the principles of innovations, as it intends to shift the Vietnam real estate market towards modern technology and take a leading position.

Automated sales funnels, landing pages network, marketplaces these are only some of the elements of our tech-focused system for the Vietnam real estate market.

  • Results of the head of sales work : a trained and motivated sales team (5 brokers), which brings great results to the company;
  • an apartment sold to the customer and a good reward received by the company;

  • Duties of the sales department head : the hiring of brokers together with an HR specialist; development of a training program for brokers;
  • analysis of the current employees' work, development, and adjustment of all processes; planning and coordination of the sales teamwork;
  • negotiations with developers and partners, expansion of the database and coordination of adding new buildings to our system;
  • analysis of the team's performance and drawing up reports for the CEO;
  • This work is suitable for you if : you can quickly build a relationship with people, are confident at selling, working with objections, and completing the transactions;
  • you have experience in selling premium real estate and are proud of the results achieved; you have worked in the position of the Senior Sales Manager in premium real estate;
  • you know how to properly plan and optimize the teamwork through the delegation of your authority; you become a real fan of the company you work for, care about the results, and don't give up once you take up the case, bringing it to a logical completion;
  • you are systematic and able to properly set the tasks, control their execution, and give timely feedback.NOTE : When sending us a cover letter, please start it with : A great start for a work... .

  • Conditions : You will get a monthly salary $1,000 and commission from sales of the team. If you are the pearl we are looking for, we will spare no money for you;
  • Flexible working hours; We provide a daily volume of customer requests and a convenient CRM system.

    Bonuses : We do not limit your maximum income. You will receive a fixed salary and a commission from the sales of your team.

    Your earnings can easily reach up to $10,000 per month and more. Our goal for the next 5 years is to open offices in the 5 richest cities in the world : Singapore, London, Hong Kong, New York, and Monaco.
