Job Description & Summary
Reporting directly to the L&D Leader, the L&D Senior Associate’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : providing proactive and consultative L&D services to the Lines of Services (LoS), and performing L&D administration works, with the support of the L&D team and peers across the country, to ensure commonality and consistency the PwC L&D approach across the business.
We are pleased to invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of L&D Senior Associate in the Ho Chi Minh office.
Key responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end training class cycle based on quality and timeliness (Pre-course and post-course preparations, on-the-job support during training, and preparing data for reporting);
Provide guidance / advice on L&D policies, training programs and processes to all staff as necessary, while ensuring alignment with local and MYVN strategies;
Collect training data and prepare L&D reports promptly, when required;
Take part in preparing and monitoring L&D budgets;
Participate in L&D and / or non-L&D projects and initiatives, both local and national, as needed;
Execute learning strategies and programs for the firm;
Facilitate training programs for specific staff levels, both in the classroom and virtually.
Work collaboratively with the L&D team and peers in all offices;
Perform other tasks as requested.
Required skills / abilities :
Good verbal and written communication skills , both in English and Vietnamese, including persuasive negotiation skills ;
Strong presentation skills (in English and Vietnamese) ;
Ability to design and execute full-cycle training programs ;
Ability and desire to work effectively in a matrix organization , and perform under time constraints to meet deadlines;
Ability to demonstrate steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities;
Excellent judgment and strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and understand the financial impact of relevant options .
Required qualifications and experience :
Undergraduate degree specializing in Learning & Development, Human Resources or other relevant fields;
At least 4 years of experience in learning and development;
At least 2 years of facilitating experience (accredited training certificates would be an added asset);
Proven experience in the execution of all facets of training and development;
A passion for driving exemplary work performance;
Experience in the execution of all facets of training and development;
A history of success in supporting training and development initiatives;
Experience in talent management would be an added asset.
