Key responsibilities :
Find new KOLs (KOL, also known as an influencer , is a person or organization who has expert product knowledge and influence in a respective field.
They are trusted by relevant interest groups and have significant effects on consumer behavior)
Build a strong, long-term relationship and maintain frequent contact with KOLs
Manage quality of KOLs and their post on channels.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and market trends
Competencies :
Qualifications : Bachelor degree or equivalent with Marketing or PR base is preferred
Knowledge : At least 2 years experience in influencer management; Experienced in approaching and managing KOLs / public figure from end-to-end (selection, contacting, building relationship, etc.
Having knowledge of the system and application of supporting online sales platforms
Skills : Good interpersonal skill; Networking and good people management; Good oral and written communication skills; Change management
Attitude : Professional, Enthusiastic, Aggressive, Result-oriented
Benefits :
Gross salary : 10.000.000 VND 15.000.000 VND (competency based), 100% Salary for Probation.
Lunch allowance : 35.000 VND / working day
Flexible time : 9AM 6PM (7,5 hours / day From Monday to Friday)
