We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.- Supporting with E-learning project, mainly for ICs and Riders throughout Vietnam (related to behavior / SOP / station management)- Supporting and coordinating training activities in Southern and Western areas (HR tour / soft skills)- Training basic skills for sales team and coordinate training courses related to sales based on work requirement- Assisting with other training programs for office staff.
