Administer SAP system
In charge of the logistic arrangement for On-boarding process, such as : gather the personal data of new hires, arrange the first-day briefing and coordinate with other functions to prepare facilities for new hires, arrange the 1st-month Orientation schedule, etc,..
Coordinate the execution of mobility for foreign associates
Coordinate the Off-boarding process to send the exit kit / email and follow up with the final clearance process.
Support in the preparation for the recognition programs such as certification preparation and payment process handle, etc
Assist C&B manager in the Social insurance-related tasks, tax finalization / report, payroll movement entry, etc
Ensure all personal employee information is collected, captured and updated in both soft-copied and hard copied folders (P-files) as per the committed schedule
Ensure all compulsory agreements (Confidentiality, Code of Conduct, Internal work rule, etc.,) are signed and kept in P-file of employees
Prepare employer’s regular reports and submit to local authorities upon approval and sign-off by HR Lead
Using HR4U site to guide employees in finding the related information of HR policies and guidelines accordingly.
Prepare labor contract for new hires and following up for labor contract renewal on a monthly basis
Provide logistics supports for any HR campaigns or events when required
Proceed with ordering and payment requests when requiredAnd other HR operation tasks as and when required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields
1-2 years of experience in an equivalent position is preferred
Advanced MS Office user with strong focus to Excel
Good at organizational and multi-tasking skills
