  • Check price, SO, packing list and print commercial invoice from system
  • Issue Sample invoice for VN site
  • Issue manual invoice as customer requests and other issues
  • Send invoice by post office & filing
  • Issue monthly sample report
  • Post SR, SO CPAR and follow up (weekly + end-month)
  • Issue rebate amount, issue rebate invoice in end period
  • Proactively contact customer and push customer issue invoice and details table for sales return
  • Issue details table and get back cancelled invoice, adjust per issue
  • Submit contract of GVA and attach invoice to GVA weekly
  • Issue invoice for waste goods
  • Issue invoice for ASEAN cost
  • Issue invoice for ICD, attach documents per issue
  • Register invoice using, delivery note of Agency with Tax office
  • Report for invoice losing with Tax office
  • Response customers’ call : Receive all calls from customer; check needed information to reply calls; contact with salesman for sales information.
  • Support Daily Sales Activities : Submit to high levels as In control for all approvals as BAP, coordinate with site team to get all needed information for customers,
  • Contact with team to send related documents

  • Take orders and follow it up : issue SO and get approval
  • Open accounts and maintain customers’ information
  • Follow up OTIF delivery
  • Issue Sales Contract and follow up
  • Optimize FG : control SO of big volume (>
  • 5T); control suitable SO issue

  • Reduce SLOB : control stock SO issue, push sales to sell SLOB items, support to sales all related information
  • Submit, collect signatures, and stamp all documents included sales contract
  • Collect panel requests from sales team / list out to QC team / take back from QC for available panels
  • Receive and send documents / package documents / package of sales team
  • Receive sample, panels from color match team and transfer to sales or support send to customers directly.
  • Consult sales team for Ral, pantone
  • Respond customer call related color match, panels, samples

  • Graduated from University; referred in Business Administration major
  • Good at Microsoft Office
  • Good English communication
  • Communication skills

  • Can work in high pressures
  • Being a careful and hard-working person
