You will work closely with Development Management, Site Supervision and Construction Management Teams as well as the main contractor to determine requirements, effort, deliverables, time frame, funding limitations, project staffing requirements and available departmental resources for the projects.
You will also manage and coordinate work with Site Supervision and Construction Management Team, Consultants and Main Contractor for M&E, architectural and structural works.
In addition, you will identify potential problem and design to meet requirements of the client and authority. You will oversee project operations and resolve technical and designs issues.
Other responsibilities include managing contracts, task orders, modifications, funding, and period of performance extensions.
You will also monitor the management of strategies and plans, handle complaints and ensure the quality of work is in compliance with the code of practice.
You should possess a Degree in Architecture, Building or Engineering (Structural or M&E) with at least 8 years' relevant development or construction / site management experience in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Logistics projects.
