Awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
Provide administrative support and assistance to Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Management Committee of Operations and contribute to building a strong & effective Ops function for Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam.
Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates
To arrange for effective meetings for COO and Management including meeting material preparation, booking room / agenda, taking minutes, following up to close out post meeting issues.
Keep effective diary / calendar for COO
Provide logistic arrangement including staff travel, offsite events, staff engagement activities for Ops function.
Assist Ops Heads to prepare monthly dashboard reports if required
Coordinate on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for Ops / the Bank in order to promote CSR activities within Ops and the Bank.
To maintain and keep ongoing updated records of COO's direct reports leave, Ops organizational chart and other Human resource profiles Job Objectives / Job Description / Authorities delegation, etc.
To be in charge of internal communication and broadcasters.
To provide personal assistance to COO as and when required.
To take other assignments as and when required from time to time.
Control the bank’s SCBVL stamps by verifying signatures, Das and documents to be stamped.Click here to enter text.

Our Ideal Candidate
Graduated University. Major in Economic, Banking and Technology is preferable.
Advance computer / PC skills, MS Office such as Excel, Word...; Experience in using SQL is an advantage.
Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
Good knowledge about banking product and local regulations.
