    Business Development plays an important role in supporting Prudential’s business and strategy management through developing partnerships to expand networks, channels and new business models with partners to deliver new growth, profitability, excellent customer experience and engagement.

    This position is responsible for executing go-to market plans and business development strategies to develop partnerships with banks and non-bank partners (e-commerce websites, consumer finance companies, insurtech companies, wellness service providers, etc.).

  • Work with manager to formulate and iterate the team’s strategy to develop partnerships
  • Focus on implementing the team’s strategies to meet division’s objective
  • Be a role model of Prudential’s core values.

  • Search and select business partners who share the vision and business objectives with Prudential Vietnam.
  • Do due diligence, business cases to ensure appropriate partners are shortlisted.
  • Negotiate with partners for legal and commercial terms, in collaboration with Partnership Distribution for operational issues.
  • Seek approval to invest in the partnerships in accordance with the Company’s regulations
  • Finalize the deal and transfer to Distribution for launching and daily operations
  • Build the Company’s ecosystems through partnerships or join other ecosystems as a participant

  • Provide coaching / mentoring for new staffs
  • On-going sharing experience with team members

  • Yêu cầu

    Qualification : BA / MBA / MA in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Insurance, and Banking.

    Experiences :

  • At least 8 years of experience in financial insurance industries, multinational companies
  • Business development and partnership expansion experience
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, relationship building and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track-record in partnership development and project management.
  • Be able to catch up with new trends and expand relationships with non-traditional partners.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and skill set :
