Responsibilities
Implementation
Main In-charge for enforcing implementation when onboarding new vendors
Main in-charge to define project scope, goals and deliverables
Maintain close relationships with local operations teams to ensure operational alignment and collaboratively enhance process efficiency.
Maintain close relationships with the regional Ninja Direct team to ensure alignment on commercial goals and operational constraints, if any
Vendor Procurement
Responsible for ensuring that Ninja Van sources suitable sea freight vendors or trucking vendors based on commercial and operational requirements.
Continuously source for price competitive solutions from new and existing vendors to customize solutions.
Maintain close strategic vendor relationships to ensure that the best solutions are procured.
Team Management
Responsible for the design of team workflow and roles & responsibilities.
Responsible for ensuring overall SLA adherence for lanes under care of reportees.
Responsible for ensuring recovery / rescue plans are in order for lanes under care of reportees.
Responsible for design of improvement initiatives for lanes under care of reportees.
Reporting
Responsible for collating and presenting VN specific weekly / monthly performances on SLA adherence / Compliance / Billing accuracy to stakeholders
Provide updates on initiatives and projects managed
Establish visibility on key deliverables and KPIs
Requirements
4-5 years in logistics / cross border experience
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides and Docs)
Self-starter attitude and able to work with minimal supervision
