We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.The candidate is the person in charge of coordinating Ninja Goal (Ninja Van Objective & KPIs system) between VN and regional team, also he / she will care for all C-level reporting.
Coordinate KPI / Objective Planning & Measurement : Ninja goals cum Budget Planning & Performance Measurement according to Budget (aka Traffic Controller)
Ensure all KPIs & budget set up & filled by KPIs holders in timely manner
Responsible for hygiene of KPIs tracking sheet (back end)
Ensure front end Ninja Goal tracking updated
In charge of monthly meeting with regional for related Ninja Goal update
Advise C levels on what / how to improve, through performance measurement activities
Bounce ideas with C-level for better KPIs measurement or new KPIs
Update & follow up annual reports (Regional : Monthly FP&A, Biweekly report, Quarterly report. Country : Weekly meeting)
Ensure all reports filled up with updated information in timely manner
Responsible for hygiene of all reports to C-level
Take note for all C-level meetings
Facilitate in weekly meeting
Responsible for C-level updating in country report
Design & populate Board related reports
In charge of populating Board related reports as per request
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Analyst, Project Management, Consulting, Corporate Strategy
University degree with qualification in Business
Ability to work under pressure
Communication Skills both written and verbal
