Job Description

Be responsible for all factory operation / quality control / production improvement.

Be responsible for production planning to achieve company target and controlling production to maximize production efficiency.

Daily / weekly / monthly report to BOD regarding to factory operation.

Organize for all employees, especially supervisors and team leaders to have proper training, clear understanding of production processes and procedures within the factory.

Manage employees to perform the required operations according to quality plans and work instructions.

Organize and promote process of improvement and technical development in production area, follow up for implementation.

Set up new machine / equipment applied into the production line to suit the company development and provide instruction to employees of how to operate correctly.

Setup the manufacturing standard operation procedures for every process in production department.

Establish factory operation performance indicators to measure the productivity.

Lead and participate in production and technical meetings (PPM meeting) in order to follow up production output results including quality issues, wastage reductions and find solutions for improvement.

Propose / recommend improvement solutions in re-arranging production process.

Compose Health and Safety policies, implement in the company.
