Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Execute after sales service support to customers.
2. Manage, evaluate, and develop the ASC throughout Vietnam.
3. Advise and participate in troubleshooting problems related to the technical expertise.
4. Build relationships with customers by being responsive, fair and ethical
5. Manage customer’s claims / investigations related to the product clarification, service / product satisfaction.
6. Work with technician / engineer to ensure all commitments to customers are well communicated and fulfilled.
7. Review service agreements in order to manage customer expectations
8. Analyze reports and develop new areas of monitoring for service improvements
9. Timely report to Management on resources and quality issues
10. Provide guidance to customers about our products
11. Organize the overall management and operation of the department of customer care
12. Other duties as assigned.
