1. Data management : Directly manage data for sales, tender
Sales : Build sales intelligent dashboard, Follow up sales KPI
Tender : Build tender dashboard
Keep check Sales & Tender monthly, quarterly, and annual publication
Co-orporate with cross-function to make database tool
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases / data systems, tranfer data stories to report monthly, quarterly and annual publication
Product analysis in brand team meeting monthly
Explore business insight base on customer analysis, competitor analysis, sales analysis
Be the go to person for any ad-hoc data-related questions.
Generate and analyze data reports as BU Manager’s requests
Project member of company level, Organizator of BU level
Manage BU Budget, make report about implementation of sales activivties and budget usage monthly to Sales Manager
Support field force resoure allocation base on potential of provinces & city
4. Corporate HSE (Heath Security Enviroment) responsibilities
At any level of the organization, each individual is accountable for following all HSE guidelines and policies requested by the Group as well as contributing to the achievement of the HSE objectives.
Line Manager is accountable for assuring compliance with the road safety program for driving employees under their supervision and leads by example
Education : College of Business administration or Economics
Experience & Knowledge :
Mandatory : 2+ years of experience in data, consulting, analytics
Beneficial : Prior experience to other function (sales, customer servies, marketing)
English : good level
Computer : Computer application, excel, word, powerpoint.

Excellent organisational and project management skills
