Installs and maintains client hardware and software.- Provides the user with basic training to utilize the PC running Microsoft Windowsand MacOS or operation equipment to avoid future problems.
Reports and logs for the trouble countermeasure from ticket system management.- Involves in day to day IT operation and works closely with global IT helpdesk team to quickly handle the user request.
Participates in building IT service delivery procedure matching with the userrequirement and the business development.-
Manages and controls IT assets to ensure the accuracy of costing and inventoryrecords.- Assists in providing technical support and participating in IT network infrastructure projects.

University Degree.- Proactive and good at team work.- Have good knowledge of operating system, especially in Microsoft Windows andMacOS.
1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting IT office devices such as laptop, desktop, printer, CCTV - In-depth knowledge of computer systems and software client use.
Background in network & system infrastructure, familiar with configuring Wi-Fi Unifi, Cisco devices, Fortinet firewall
