Drive tactical objectives and strategic initiatives in terms of equipment, space, and supply chain planning to enable factory’s efficiency at optimal cost.
Cultivate and reinforce appropriate team values, norms and behaviors.
Provide leadership, coaching as well as hands-on guidance on employee development, performance and productivity issues for team’s sustainable high performance.
MS / BS degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years working experience in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 3 years in management position with demonstrated experience in employee development & culture role modelling.
A strategic and tactical thinker who could influence business processes and stakeholders while providing coaching / guidance to meet the best resolutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to negotiate and resolve conflicts within all levels of the organization to a win / win solution.
Ability to tolerate ambiguity, having proactive approach to manage changes and rally the team to deliver to tight deadlines.
Possibility thinking and Lean mindset.
Thorough understanding of Lean, continuous improvement and problem solving techniques.
