As a Fund Management & Stewardship Manager, your core responsibilities are :

Lead system management of total spending in Sales Organization. Ensure correct budget system creation, maintenance. Lead regular budget reporting process, year-end closing process in line with company policies.

Lead end-to-end payment process to customers. Ensure on-time payment per lead time with sufficient supporting documents.

Lead projects to automate and simplify customer payment projects. Conduct random audits of trade fund spending. Ensure spending in line with company guidelines.

Lead annual internal control programs in sales organization. Support external audits if happening.

Your Team

You will be reporting to Corporate Market Strategy & Planning Director and dotted line for Sales Finance Director

What Success Looks Like

Your success would be based on operational and project work you're doing, which would be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Your manager would provide full-support though continuous mentoring and coaching

As a Fund Management and Stewardship Manager, you will work at P&G Head Office in HCM City, who will work closely with Sales Function to provide budget system management and lead internal control process.

Though the starting role is based in HCMC, please also expect to be mobile and ready to relocate either inside or outside Vietnam per business needs.
