  • Be responsible for developing strategy, objectives and standardizing XS selling process at alternative channels
  • Monitor and drive the business performance of X-sell sales through alternative channels
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with other Centers, Departments, Units, and colleagues in order to ensure effectiveness in communication, cooperation, campaign / project implementation and monitoring

    Build and develop X-sell business at alternative channels

  • Build / develop X-sell business activities at alternative channels, including developing strategies, drafting implementation plans, standardizing sales execution process
  • Determine implementation costs, tasks that need support from other departments and necessary conditions when implementing X-sell business
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with other Centers, Departments, Units, and colleagues in order to ensure effectiveness in communication, cooperation, campaign / project implementation and monitoring
  • Search and maintain strategic partnership relationship ensuring the efficient operation of X-sell activities.
  • Drive business performance of XS through alternative channels :

  • Understand X-sell performance through alternative channels and propose / implement corrective actions to improve performance
  • Understand the value drivers of the growth and identify profitable commercial campaigns to grow ENR and revenue
  • Communicate goals, timelines, and key metrics to all major stakeholders (internal and external) in order to achieve the business objectives.
  • Implement & monitor sales campaigns related to alternative channel for X-sell products
  • Act as go-to-person for communication to and management of alternative channels
  • Monitor the performance of projects :

  • Ensure the regular performance review are carried out to enhance the efficiency of XS department
  • Track & improve the campaign performance in alternative channels related to XS
  • Propose, suggest solutions to improve performance of alternative channels’ campaign and initiatives
  • Contribute in building capabilities of sales agents at alternative channels for X-sell :

  • Develop training to upskill selling capability at alternative channels to ensure the high effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date on knowledge, skills and best practices of selling skills to advise stakeholders, develop training, skill enhancement program, and propose initiatives to improve performance of alternative channels
  • Implement & monitor campaigns in selling capability enhancement for XS product
  • Build capabilities of X-sell Alternative Channel Management Team :

  • Build team capacity and capability to ensure the high requirements of business objectives
  • Create team with expertise as management functions in assigned projects.
  • Build strong relationship with main functions to empower effectiveness of those functions
  • Brainstorm, propose X-sell projects and designing approach for alternative channels

    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

    Bachelors or Masters graduate majoring in : Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Project Management or any relevant majors

    At least 05 years of working experience in finance (banking, business management, etc.) or any related large scale industries, at least 02 years of working experience in managerial role

  • At least 02 year of experiences in searching and managing strategic partnership
  • At least 02 year of experiences working in role of sales performance growth and management
  • At least 01 year of experience in business analytics relating to user / customer analytics, performance & operations analysis
  • Language requirements Vietnamese native, English fluent

    Computer Skills : Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel)

    Good communication and presentation skills

    Advanced problem solving skill, resourcefulness and great negotiation skills

    Ability to work under high pressure

    Growth mindset : always looking for ways to growth hack by understanding customers, products, markets, with insights from data analytics and new industry knowledge

    Ability to understand & influence stakeholders, build rapports with key stakeholders
